Hi, we’re Cody and Elizabeth Koch.

On August 18, 2018, we exchanged vows surrounded by our friends, family, and the beauty of our farm. We celebrated atop the freshly poured concrete slab where our 4,000 square foot timber-frame Maplewood Lodge now stands.

We are excited to welcome you to the newly completed Maplewood Lodge and share this unique space. Thank you for considering Timber Trails Forest Farm for your special event or wedding!

About Timber Trails Forest Farm

As a child, Cody tapped trees in his front yard and made maple syrup on the kitchen stove with his dad. He now taps tress on his 250-acre farm in South Bristol, New York and makes maple syrup in a state-of-the-art, sustainable facility with his wife, Elizabeth.

Our Maple Forest

Since 2010, we have been shaping our valley sugarbush into a manageable syrup producing forest. Using sustainable, environmentally responsible practices we have trimmed acres of dense maple forest while protecting the forest habitat and increasing the sugarbush’s production and health.

Maplewood Lodge

Built with timber harvested and milled on the farm and other sustainable practices, our lodge includes space for eco-maple production, a commercial kitchen, bottling facility, geo-thermal heating and cooling, and a large timber frame great room for guests to enjoy all the flavors of maple season.
